ORDERS AND LEAD TIMES:

Current order lead times are 1-2 weeks for production. Since our products are made-to-order these lead times can change. However, we strive to ship all products out within this timeline. 

Following production, shipping timelines can vary depending upon location of delivery. However, shipping delivery is generally between 2 and 8 business days. 

 

SHIPPING:

We ship all orders via Canada Post. 

Shipping can be expensive, and we don't want this to discourage you from experiencing one of our products. Therefore, orders under $100 are subject to a minimum flat rate of $7 CAD. Orders over $100 ship for free. 

All shipping options include tracking. Losing packages sucks! Therefore, we want to make sure our products make it to your hands to be enjoyed. 

We do offer faster shipping options if you need the product expedited, and these options will be displayed in the checkout screen. 

 

REFUNDS:

All orders are final due to the made-to-order nature of the item. However, we are always willing to work with our customers and make sure that what they receive is exactly what they want; so please reach out if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.
